  • Refurbished refers to pre-owned products tested, repaired, reconditioned, or upgraded to working condition.

2. Eligibility

To use our services:

  • If purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

3. Product Information & Condition

  • We deal primarily in refurbished and pre-owned products, which may show minor cosmetic wear, unless specifically listed as new or unboxed.
  • All product specifications, images, and descriptions on the Website are for reference and may vary based on availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify product listings, specifications, pricing, and stock without prior notice.
  • Battery life on refurbished devices may vary depending on usage history and is not guaranteed to match brand-new specifications unless explicitly stated.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include or exclude taxes as mentioned on the invoice.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders are accepted only after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
  • Accepted payment methods may include UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, wallets, and EMI options (where applicable).

Fraudulent transactions may be blocked and reported to authorities.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • An order is considered confirmed only when you receive an official order confirmation.
  • We may cancel an order due to stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, or incorrect listing/error.
  • Customers may cancel orders per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.
  • Risk passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping address.
  • Courier delays are not our liability, though we will assist in tracking.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for refurbished products.

8. Warranty Terms

  • Refurbished products include a warranty as stated on the product listing or invoice.
  • Warranty covers functional defects, not:
    • Physical damage
    • Water damage
    • Software corruption
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Battery/consumable degradation over time
