CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Just Used Computers (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) via our website www.justusedcomputers.com, tele-sales, or in-store.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

  • If the product has not been shipped, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.
  • If the product is already dispatched, cancellation cannot be processed. The order will be treated as a return (if eligible under Section 3).

2. No-Cancellation Items

Orders with custom specifications, upgrades, bulk B2B orders, or items purchased during special offers, clearance sale, or auction-based pricing are not eligible for cancellation after confirmation.

This includes:

  • Custom RAM/SSD upgrades
  • Special-order imported units
  • Corporate purchase orders
  • Items marked FINAL SALE

3. Return Policy (After Delivery)

Returns are allowed under the following conditions within 7 days of delivery:

🔹 Products must be returned with original box, invoice, accessories, and serial numbers intact.

🔹 Software issues caused post-delivery are not grounds for a return.

4. DOA & Defect Handling Process

If a product is Dead on Arrival or has a major defect:

  1. Customer reports issue within 7 days
  2. Team conducts preliminary remote diagnostics
  3. Product is collected or brought in for inspection
  4. We will repair or replace first based on evaluation

Refund is processed only when repair / replacement is not feasible.

5. Warranty vs. Returns (Important)

  • All refurbished products come with a warranty covering functional issues, not return eligibility.
  • Warranty coverage is for service/repair, not refund unless repair is impossible.

6. Refund Timelines

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment mode:

Shipping, handling charges, and custom upgrade costs are non-refundable.

7. Condition for Accepted Returns

Returned products must:

  • Be in the same condition as delivered
  • Have no new physical damage
  • Include original accessories (charger, cables, warranty documents)
  • Retain manufacturer/asset/serial labels intact

If accessories are missing, deductions may apply.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Software, licenses, product keys
  • Storage media once unsealed (HDD/SSD standalone)
  • Motherboards, RAM, processors sold separately
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Battery-only purchases (unless DOA)
  • Products tampered with or repaired by a third party

9. Courier Damage Claims

If a product is found damaged on delivery:

  • Do not accept tampered packaging
  • Take photos/videos and report immediately
  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted
