Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Just Used Computers (JUC) via our website, in-store orders, or tele-sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

For bulk B2B shipments or special locations, additional logistics arrangements may apply.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Dispatch Timelines

Processing & dispatch time depends on product category:

Delays may occur due to high demand, festivals, public holidays, or courier constraints. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–9 business days

  • Remote / Special Zones: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier performance and location conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier rates.

  • Standard shipping rates apply unless free shipping is mentioned during checkout.

  • Bulk or enterprise shipments may incur additional logistics costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the product is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID & link (SMS/Email/WhatsApp)

  • Courier partner name

  • Estimated delivery schedule

If tracking is not visible within 24 hours, please contact us.

6. Delivery & Packaging

All products are securely packed with:

  • Anti-static protection

  • Bubble wrapping

  • Reinforced packaging for sensitive hardware

Bulk shipments may be palletized for safety.

7. Failed Delivery / Re-delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable to receive

  • Refusal to accept package

Re-delivery may incur extra charges or the order may be cancelled with deductions for shipping and handling.

8. Damaged or Tampered Package

If packaging appears damaged, tampered, or opened:

  • Do not accept the package

  • Take photos/videos immediately

  • Report to us and the courier within 24 hours

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible.

9. Transit Damage & Insurance

Transit damage will be evaluated case-by-case.

If insured shipping is purchased, claims will be processed with priority.

Insurance may be mandatory for bulk corporate orders.

10. Deliveries for Bulk & Corporate Orders

Corporate, institutional, and multi-unit deliveries may require:

  • Scheduled delivery windows

  • Special packaging or pallet delivery

  • On-site verification and documentation

Additional coordination charges may apply.

11. Pickup from Store / Warehouse

Customers may choose self-pickup from our Bengaluru facility. Full payment must be completed before pickup.

12. Change of Address After Ordering

Address changes can be requested before dispatch.

Once shipped, address changes may incur courier redirection charges.
